Pros: Very flexible with PTO/time off. Fairly laid back.

Cons: Lots of red tape Overengineering

Pros: Good work-life balance and remote (technically hybrid, but no rules on the number of days you have to be in).

Cons: If you’re into meeting your co-workers, you won’t be doing much of that here.

Cons: Lots of "paperwork" involved in shipping code and deploying it to production (change requests), and too many approvals required. Many hires during the pandemic were not the best quality given the grade they were hired at. Performance management getting too detailed and involved. It did not seem to be effective at addressing the above point. Political divides creating tension and driving a wedge between coworkers. These may also be affecting promotion and hiring decisions. Towards the end, I spent more time answering questions from engineers 2 levels above than getting my own work done.
