Process

I was contacted by the recruiter and scheduled the first 1-hour video chat. After that, it took one month to schedule the panel video chat, which was rescheduled to a week later. This was a 3-hour video chat with three people.

After that, I was told I needed to do another 1-hour video chat interview. Following this interview, there was silence for about two weeks until I sent an email asking for an update.

I was told by the recruiter that I needed to do an automation exercise, which I sent back within a couple of hours. The exercise was never looked at, and I know this because I shared it from my Google Drive.

After another two weeks of silence, I sent another email asking for an update. At that time, I was told the company was moving in a "different direction". I wouldn't waste my time with this company if you have other options.
