RTO policies are brutal. Employees are forced back no matter the distance. Upper management refuses all questions. They've called it "attendance" and likened employees to "children."
The company cannot pass an IRS audit of its 401k, and can only contribute about half of the federal limit.
Designs are based on management experience, not data.
