Poor leadership, doesn't care about you. Micro-managing, tracking your work/PRs. Return to office. You will be thrown under the bus. Demo with 0 heads up. Work/responsibility above your level. Stock options are monopoly money; IPO'd at 22 and now at 16. Will be told you will get growth opportunities; this is a pipe dream.
