Initial phone screen with recruiter. Scheduled a 1-hour technical phone screen with the hiring manager and one other team member. They asked very conceptual and theoretical questions; there were no coding questions. (Did not enjoy the process.)

The interview process is fine. I rated it as difficult because the time consumption to simply get a job is a bit excessive. If you already have a job and are looking to transition into this role, it's hard to manage preparing, working, and performing
