I applied online and a recruiter called.
This recruiter was the worst I'd ever dealt with. They were very cocky about the company's growth and condescending when I asked about the phone interview format. When I asked clarifying questions, they cut me off and pretty much repeated what they had already said.
The onsite scheduling made it obvious that the recruiting team is not very professional.
The actual interviews were fine, but the interviewers asked a lot of the same questions. I wasn't sure why I had to keep repeating myself, and they didn't try to make the interview process more efficient.
After the interviews, the recruiter tried to grill me about how I felt about the company. I really wasn't interested in dealing with the recruiter, regardless of an offer. They eventually ghosted me, though at this point I almost stopped caring.
