Bad experience. The recruiter reached out about an interviewer, asked for a schedule, and said they would send a coding challenge. They did not respond to follow-ups. Six weeks later and still no response. Extremely unprofessional.

Pros: A business that tackles essential problems of the nation with extraordinary growth.
A top-notch leadership team.
A friendly and encouraging work environment with unique perks and people who are easy to work with.
Plenty of opportunities to work on projects with huge impact.
Cons: The tech stack is Ruby-obsessed and falls behind the industry.
Engineering excellence is far from top-class. The engineering organization spent most of its energy on making it happen rather than doing it well, which is understandable given how fast the company grows.
