Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The process took a little over a month from first recruiter contact.

The entire process can be split into 4 parts:

  1. Recruiter Screening
  2. Manager Screening
  3. Technical Screening (Easy to Medium, depending on your experience level)
  4. On-site Interviews (3 parts), split between technical and behavioral.

The types of questions asked can be simulated through practice. The important thing is to speak out your thought process during the technical rounds. I found that the interviewers were very engaging and pleasant to talk with throughout each part of the technical interview.

For the behavioral portions, it is important to bring your authentic self and speak to experiences in your career.

Overall, this is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had during a recruiting cycle, and there was constant communication throughout! Kudos to the recruiting team on a good experience.

Questions

NDA unfortunately cannot say.

Expected behavioral and technical questions, like those on HackerRank/LeetCode.
