Process
The interview process with Chime was very pleasant.
The first step was talking to the recruiter, where I received great information about the company.
The next round was with the hiring manager, whose objective was to determine the candidate's leadership style.
Following that, there were two 45-minute interviews focused on product delivery and people management.
The final round consisted of three 45-minute interviews with a more technical focus.
Unfortunately, the role was filled before I had the opportunity to participate in the final round.
