Pros

I can feel proud to work for Chime and the work we're doing. We are actually working towards the vision and mission, and I can see senior-most leadership caring deeply about our Members and our employees. I work with caring, empathetic, and brilliant people every day. Our benefits are great, and the culture is very good.

If you are someone who wants to work in the office, we just opened a beautiful new space. I personally work remotely full-time and have been very pleased with that experience.

We are also a FinTech company that appears to have no plans to dabble in crypto, which is a pro for me.

Cons

We grew very fast, and a lot of our processes are still catching up. There is active work being done to make sure employee experiences are consistent from team to team, but it's slow moving.
