Chime

I've been with Chime since Dec. 18. The executive team works hard to ensure that you feel included at Chime; they are very transparent and approachable. They organize all-hands meetings and social events every month. Chime hires great and diverse people, so everyone is very nice and great to work with.

Salary is competitive, and recognition is higher than in my previous company. The product is very interesting, and I enjoy what I do here every day.

There is a soccer team! If you play soccer, it's a no-brainer – we need you! (There is a football team as well, but who cares ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ).

Perks can be better. They are very basic, but this is probably not a big deal since the pay is great.
