Process
After I applied for three positions at Cisco, I was requested to take an online assessment which takes 90 minutes to finish.
Right after I completed the assessment, I was contacted by a recruiter to have a phone interview with a Sr. Software Engineer.
During the interview, I was asked about what I did as an intern, to walk through a past project, and what a REST API is.
I was pretty shaky as I was super nervous. I received the rejection email pretty soon after the interview.
