Initially, I was contacted by a Cisco recruiter, Marjory Remy, via LinkedIn. I later communicated with a different recruiter for all interview scheduling.

Shortly after, an initial interview over Webex was scheduled and went well.

The second interview, held one week after the first, also took place over Webex. During this interview, I spoke with three different people and was given a coding task to complete within two hours after the session. I had not been informed prior to the interview that this additional time would be required, so I had to make urgent adjustments to my schedule.

A few days later, I was informed that the hiring manager wished to proceed with an onsite interview and was asked for my availability ASAP, which I provided.

The following day, a recruiter contacted me to say that the hiring manager had decided to hold off on continuing the interview process. I was then advised to contact Marjory for any further steps, though she was out of the office at the time.

Interestingly, Marjory contacted me again via LinkedIn shortly after regarding the same position by mistake. I then inquired about the status of my interview process through both email and LinkedIn, but I never received a response. In my opinion, this is utterly unprofessional, especially considering the time I invested in the interviews. A brief message back would have been appreciated.
