This interview was a prescreen, about 15 minutes long.
He was more serious and straightforward than my previous interviews, which made me a bit nervous.
The prescreening will be reviewed by the team, and they would decide if I would move forward.
Questions
The first question was, 'What do you know about Cisco?'
The second question was, 'Why do you want to join Cisco?'
The third question was something along the lines of, 'What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?'
Then I was asked why I chose my major.
Finally, the interviewer asked, 'What questions do you have for me?'
