Process

I mainly had three rounds of interviews.

Two were technical rounds and one was a manager round.

The first technical round involved writing two programs. The second technical round focused mainly on in-depth Operating System concepts.

Each round took one hour to complete.

The manager round primarily provided information about the project and company details, and I was asked about my previous projects and my role in them.

Questions

Mainly 2 programming questions and OS questions in depth.

Great company to work for, especially if in Italy.

Pros: Excellent company culture, the manager doesn't stress you, instead they empower you and give you the freedom to operate. They trust and respect you. Depending on the team, remote work is allowed, as in my case.

Cons: No one in particular. The disadvantages are typical of large multinationals, where codebases are large and many people work on them. There is a long cascade of managers to go through before anything is decided. Nothing particularly bad, if that's what you're looking for in a multinational company.

Great company to work for, especially if in Italy.
