Pros: I do not see any pros in the Scapa project.
Cons: 1. Existing employees are not taken care of.
2. Salary is not on par with the market. New joinees with half the experience are getting paid equally to existing employees.
3. Employees are being killed in the name of the "war room." There is no trust in employees.
4. Engineers are being moved to different areas every week.
5. Very, very poor management.

Pros: The culture, team environment, many smart people in the company – always something to learn and grow. Management promotes initiative and going the extra mile for coworkers and the company.
Cons: Work is always ongoing. If you're a telecommuter, it's hard to get noticed for the good work and effort you put in.
