Process
The interview followed a typical college career fair, but I immediately signed up for an interview slot with a current employee the following day. The interview lasted 45 minutes and was fairly casual with pretty standard HR-type questions.
We more or less walked through my resume, with the occasional "Give me an example of when you had to work in a team" or "Provide me an example where you showed leadership skills," etc.
