As for the hiring manager interview, the questions were very easy and straightforward. However, it felt like I was being judged based upon their own rules and expectations, instead of my experience so far as a manager.
I am glad these signs appeared before I spent more time interviewing, as it doesn't seem like a welcoming place to work.
