Overall, the interview process was very "interesting".
The initial recruiter call included some comments about how if I didn't want the job at any point, I needed to let him know ASAP so he didn't look bad to his managers.
As for the hiring manager interview, the questions were very easy and straightforward. However, it felt like I was being judged based upon their own rules and expectations, instead of my experience so far as a manager.
I am glad these signs appeared before I spent more time interviewing, as it doesn't seem like a welcoming place to work.
