Process
First, a technical interview with three questions of varying difficulty. After that, a month of no response. Then I got sent an email asking whether I was still interested, and within a week I got two other interviews. The interviews for smaller teams (>20) were very nice. The other was from an "Emerging Talent" recruiter, a whole event for a big group of applicants more than two weeks after their first email.
