Campus recruitment event followed by 2 45-minute in-person interviews. One interview was behavioral while the other was technical. Received email a week afterwards that I just needed to wait for either an offer or no offer.

Pros: The company seems to be embracing new tech. Fair pay.
Cons: Contractors on some teams are treated with an enormous amount of disrespect by "blue badge" employees. I was one of these "blue badge" employees and hated seeing the contractors I worked with treated badly. Think rude language, lack of respect for working hours/time off, etc.
The interviewers also lied to me by omission during the interview process. The team I interviewed to join was disbanded as soon as I joined, and the work/colleagues changed as a result. Absolutely unprofessional.

Pros: Big company with work in various technology areas and opportunities, but you have to make personal effort to take advantage of that. Good benefits.
Cons: It is difficult to get promoted, even if performance is very good.
