Process

The interview consisted of two steps: a phone interview and a telepresence video conference (using their own product).

The first interview was a simple screening. The HR person called me and asked some questions based on my CV. She stated that she had to send the information to the HR manager, who would then decide on the next step. The interview lasted no longer than 30 minutes.

On the same day, I received a call from the person in charge of interview scheduling. The next interview was scheduled for three days after the first one.

For the second interview, I went to the Cisco sales office. I had a 2.5-hour interview with three different people: the HR Manager and two developers.

Mostly, the questions were easy, and there was only one coding question. Regardless, it was my first real job interview, and it was a good experience. The people were friendly as well.
