Pros: Flexible workplace with good remote working options.
Good culture and work environment.
Plenty of scope for learning/growth, and the culture encourages this.
Cons: Depending on the team, things can feel very disorganized. I have experienced periods of high pressure for deliverables and poor communication. Salary was fine but nothing crazy.
