The interviewer was on the phone during the interview, and I didn't know how to handle the situation.
I wasn't sure how much I needed to think out loud or how to convey my thoughts. This affected my focus.

Pros: I'm happy to have a steady job. People are usually impressed to know I work at a name-recognized company.
Cons: Too much internal politics and backstabbing amongst senior management. I don't understand how the executives allow this to happen, unless they promote it. Excellent performing leaders are forced to leave for no good reason other than a land grab.
