The format was unconventional. Two interviewers asked me about my background, then essentially flipped the table and had me ask them questions. They brought up a couple of questions that related to the teams I expressed interest in.

Pros: Great benefits, great people, flexible work schedule, work from home, free popcorn, and continuing education. Did I mention work from home?
Cons: Shrinking benefits, regular headcount cuts, poor managerial communications, a good place for apple-polishers, secret stacked rankings, and secret policies that only the insiders know but could bite you.
