I was contacted through my school's career fair and set up a phone interview. This interview was a half-hour to an hour (I can't recall the exact duration) coding question over CollabEdit or a similar platform.
At the time, I hadn't yet finished my senior year of college and had not yet taken a data structures and algorithms course.

Pros: I'm happy to have a steady job. People are usually impressed to know I work at a name-recognized company.
Cons: Too much internal politics and backstabbing amongst senior management. I don't understand how the executives allow this to happen, unless they promote it. Excellent performing leaders are forced to leave for no good reason other than a land grab.
