My interviews were with two technical leaders on separate days.
My first interview was to get to know my personality. The odd thing was that I was not asked any technical or behavioral questions, nor anything about my resume. I found this interviewing format difficult due to the lack of structure. During this 30-minute period, I spoke about my skills and inquired about the major project at hand.
The second interview involved three critical analysis questions. Each seemed simple at first glance, requiring me to state all my assumptions and identify the boundary conditions. However, there were several places along the thought process that could cause one to overlook key steps in finding the solution.
