I initially applied on the Cisco site. I was then contacted by a recruiter and set up a phone screen with the hiring manager. Following that, I received an invitation for a telepresence interview with four people, including the hiring manager. It lasted four hours. The interview revolved mostly around my experience, not technical aspects.
