The interview took place over the phone on two separate occasions. In both instances, I spoke with my hiring manager.
The first round was to get to know me, and the second was more technical.
Overall, the interview was mostly to see if I would fit in with the team. Even the technical questions were simple, as my hiring manager was not an engineer. It's important to check the role of the person conducting the interview.
