That was one of the strangest interview process. I passed the first round (phone interview) and then they told me to submit a video in the second round of interview and explain a technical term. I submitted the video on time, but they never contacted me again. I sent several emails to different contact persons in Cisco, but they never replied me back. The rudest people I ever saw in my job search.
