Pros: CULTURE ------------- Strong and evolving, focused on engineering quality and outcomes. TECH -------- On-premise codebases suffer due to legacy but command a massive customer base and hence are continuously refactored and churned with new features. High focus on engineering practices, quality, and automation. Solid architectures. Cloud services and components are new, employ relatively latest paradigms, but lack any significant customer base. LEADERSHIP ----------------- Passionate senior management that puts the interests of the org and people above all else. Encourages feedback, ideas, and initiatives. Ready to experiment with people, processes, and perspectives. ORG STRUCTURE ------------------------ Relatively flat and transparent, dynamic structures that rapidly evolve to solve problems. ENGINEERS ---------------- Rock-solid technical leaders, a good percentage of expertise among engineers makes this a good place to work and learn. INNOVATION ------------------ General impetus and encouragement to any innovation at all levels. Hacking is highly encouraged. FUN + BENEFITS ---------------------- Engineers get to use the best in hardware, equipment, and infrastructure. Relaxed, fun, and alive work atmosphere while also being super-intense and engaging. Amazing, huge campus here in Bangalore.

Cons: Lack of vision in product management. On one hand, the on-premise portfolio is struggling to re-invent itself and be competitive among newly emerging competition. On the other hand, the cloud strategy and services have turned out to be unimpressive, at least until now. Product Management at all levels is unable to figure this out yet.

Pros: 1. Work-life balance. 2. Work-life balance. 3. Work-life balance. 4. Some good work as well.

Cons: 1. As is with many big companies, it is not fast-paced, and learning can be slow or nil.

Pros: Very good work culture and ecosystem.

Cons: Maybe less salary than competitors.
