Pros: It's a huge company with lots of resources. You will have access to the latest tools and technology, and enough computing power to try out new things. Very good working environment. Good pay.
Cons: It's so huge that you will see some projects, teams, and people (most of them) are really great, while you may end up with not-so-great folks. It's not a problem as such, as you can always change jobs internally.
