Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

May 1, 2010

Process

The engineer called for a phone screen. It included no technical questions, just inquiries about my resume. One day later, the recruiter emailed to set up an on-site interview. This interview was with six people, including the Hiring Manager, another manager, and their manager. There were many questions about my previous experience, and specific questions about Priority Inversion, priority inheritance, and semaphores. Simple C++ concept questions were also asked.
