Pros: Many business units to choose from, involved in ASICs, embedded, IT, cloud, and obviously networking.
Cons: Certain teams are slow in their operation. If you are in a saturated stream, there might be layoffs.

Pros: Flexible work culture. You can take work from home.
Work-life balance is better than any other I know.
Cons: Office politics takes a toll sometimes. Instead of focusing on work, you try to focus not to be affected by it, but it's everywhere.
