Unlike the previous pattern, this year Cisco made a slight modification, offering two coding questions as well as aptitude. The questions were quite difficult.
After clearing the first round, candidates proceeded to a technical round and then a technical + managerial round. The interviewers were very helpful, and the interview went well.
