Initially, there was a coding and MCQ round. All questions asked there are already available on Glassdoor.

I received a call from HR a few days later. She informed me that I had been selected for further rounds.

An interview was scheduled for the following week.

There were two technical rounds, each lasting one hour. The interviewers were great and very professional.

However, things changed in the next round, which was the managerial interview.

The manager seemed arrogant and uninterested. As the interview progressed, he asked me a DSA question (Mirror tree). It was quite simple, and I solved it quickly. The manager, however, likely had no understanding of DSA and continuously suggested that my solution wouldn't work.

I even performed a dry run to convince the manager, but he appeared clueless about the solution to the question (or perhaps he was testing my confidence, which I highly doubt).

After the interview concluded, I ran the same code online, and it passed every test case without any issues.

Only the HR round remained.

Four days later, I contacted HR for an update on the interview. HR stated that a decision would take approximately 3-4 days.

Fast forward a month, and I still haven't received any communication from them. I have also emailed them multiple times but received no reply.

Recruiters often take candidates for granted, acting as if they are doing a favor by hiring us. I wasted 90 minutes + 1 hour + 1 hour + 30 minutes of my time only to be ghosted by HR.
