Through a hackathon. The initial stage was a test. The hackathon was held at the office in Bengaluru. They hired interns and gave them a "poo" (likely a typo for "pool" or similar, retaining original for fidelity) of tasks. Its name is Code with Cisco. The employees were good, but it was difficult to get there.

Pros: Okay, work-life balance.
Transparency.
Some great managers.
Agile. Not perfect, but they acknowledge the issues and try to come up with an action plan. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Closely knit BU, except for some teams.
Good position in the market for now.
Great leadership for the most part.
Cons: Uncertainty about the future.
Lackluster communication from leadership.
Some teams have legacy baggage.
Some managers are not so great.
Lack of fresh talent. Some entrenched people have a good attitude but not-so-good skills.
Layoffs.
Lack of R&D work in some teams.
Work can really dry up at certain times and gets boring.
