Pros: Great talent, smart engineers to work with, and great technical leadership.
A kind and helpful community of engineers and great work-life balance.
Cons: Engineers are not aware of the company outlook, frequent layoffs and attrition. The company doesn't care about funding or helping the growth of this particular location.

Pros: Pretty lax schedule and workload.
Cons: You don't get rewarded for going above and beyond; everyone gets treated the same regardless of the work you put into it. It's just not a good place to start your career. If you are in your 40s-60s, it is a great place to be.
