Pros: Puedes trabajar con gente de todo el mundo.
Puedes trabajar remotamente.
Las oficinas son agradables.
Café gratis: no solo de máquina, hay cafeteras de expreso que puedes ocupar, LOL.
Cons: Depende del manager con el que 'caigas', puedes ser relevante o no.
Algunos co-workers pueden estar localizados en Europa y hacer 'match' es tedioso al principio.
Al momento, veo muy complicado poder crecer (véase punto 1).

Lot of stuff to learn for freshers.
Instant recognition for your efforts.
Cons: Coworkers are very senior to freshers.
