I received an email from a recruiter at Cisco who arranged half an hour interview with the hiring manager. Manager asked about my experience and tried to gauge my knowledge in relevant field. The same day I was asked to set up an on-site interview. There were five one-to-one interviews and three of them were technical. Questions were simple and I managed to answer pretty much all of them. I followed up with recruiter many times but never got any reply. Then finally after 2 months recruiter rejected me.
