The interview process consisted of:
- 1 round of Quants Interview
- 2 technical rounds
- 1 HR interview
Since this was conducted on campus, the entire process took only 1 day. The Quants round was pretty average, and the technical rounds were also not difficult. With proper preparation, one can crack these interviews.

Pros: Work from home is possible.
Work quality and opportunities are varying. It has been very good for me.
No. 1 company for networking. It has many teams where you can switch your role easily.
Bangalore Campus has excellent facilities, like a gym and outdoor/indoor sports.
Cons: Not ideal for freshers, as good opportunities are not given in the beginning.
Very frugal in budget. Pay hikes and bonuses are inconsistent.
The growth cycle is almost fixed and does not allow much exception for excellent performers.
Work can reduce drastically over some weeks as projects get cancelled frequently due to high-level management issues.

Pros: The senior management is very friendly. There's work flexibility, and you are free to do anything. The management supports you.
Cons: Not working in the latest technologies.
Salary is not up to the standards (Chennai location).
Thinking too much for promotion.
