I received the call through an employee referral. The phone screening included a simple coding round. Later, there were three onsite interviews with the manager, lead, and one other developer from the same team.

NDAed. Basic data structures and algorithms. The interview is not that hard compared to other top Bay Area companies like Facebook and Google.
