Pros: They have the money and market share.

Cons: No perks, slow growth, bureaucracy.

Pros: Most teams I know of had a relaxed work environment. The company is generally quite good when it comes to treating employees well.

Cons: Coming in as a new grad in 2020, I never felt I was properly trained or given a chance to grow into the roles I was placed in. My two teams were comprised of decent folks, and I don't think they meant any harm. However, they also seemed too busy or unwilling to help me understand certain aspects of my job. Instead, they opted to do things themselves, giving me very little to do and thus not much to learn. I ultimately decided to leave voluntarily since I want a place to grow more as a Software Engineer.

Pros: Great company. A very good work-life balance. A lot of genius workmates could help you grow. The pay is competitive, and people are quite nice.

Cons: Nothing special. I think this is one of the best places I have been working for. I think it is better if team assignments could be based more on resumes.
