I applied directly on the Career Website. Within a couple of weeks, I received an email from HR regarding an onsite interview. There was no telephonic interview, as I was local to San Jose.
HR provided the interview schedule, including the interviewers' names and their respective job titles.
I was interviewed by four experienced engineers, each for 45 minutes. After the interviews, I did not receive any response from the hiring team or HR, even though I sent two emails asking for feedback or results.
After about 40 days, I received a call from HR stating that they were still considering my profile for the position. One week after that call, I received an offer, which I accepted. :)
Questions were all around Data Structures and Operating Systems Concepts, and about previous job experience/projects.
