We had an OA, then 3 interviews.
The OA consisted of data structures and algorithms questions. These questions were of medium difficulty, comparable to LeetCode medium-level problems.
The first interview featured an easy LeetCode medium-level question. There were 2 questions.

Pros: Work-life balance.
Brilliant colleagues.
Cons: All the pros are not really of any advantage if there is no job security.
I was hired and was part of work force reductions after some X months. No performance review was done, which I think was not the basis for the last work force reduction.
In the end, all you hear is, "We are sorry, and this is unfortunate," and not even a proper reason for why you are part of work force reduction.
