Pros: - Cisco encourages employees to take regular PTO.
- Cisco provides classes (internal or external, such as university classes) for its employees.
- Great benefits and also offers employee stock purchases at a regular discount.
- The community is friendly and supportive of each other, which helps in self-improvement.
Cons: Not much I could think of. One thing that would've been great would be free meals. However, Cisco does provide subsidized meals.
