Pros: - Work-life balance if you were not in a sales-related role.
- Many benefits such as various gift vouchers, Cisco Day For Me (Cisco will give you 4 days each year...). It is a true foreign-style culture company in Taiwan.
Cons: The performance (KPI) is result-oriented, so you have to always figure out a way to meet your KPI.
