Pros: The company seems to be embracing new tech. Fair pay.
Cons: Contractors on some teams are treated with an enormous amount of disrespect by "blue badge" employees. I was one of these "blue badge" employees and hated seeing the contractors I worked with treated badly. Think rude language, lack of respect for working hours/time off, etc.
The interviewers also lied to me by omission during the interview process. The team I interviewed to join was disbanded as soon as I joined, and the work/colleagues changed as a result. Absolutely unprofessional.
