My interview experience was that this was the worst interview I have ever had.
I was told I would receive a call after applying online. The interviewer was 15 minutes late and immediately started asking technical questions.
I was then requested for an onsite interview the next day. Here comes the weirdest part. The recruiter did not explain any part of the process, anything about the interview, or what to prepare.
The interviewer was late again, by 20 minutes, and did not apologize or say anything. There were four rounds of interview. In the first round, I was asked questions solely for the purpose of undermining me, and the majority of these questions would not be used in a real-world scenario (I have been working for over 6 years).
The next round involved solving two algorithm questions, which I completed. Later, a person came in and never let me complete anything I was about to express or answer. They interrupted constantly, and the oddest part was that each person who came in asked me to "tell me about yourself" individually, showed no interest in listening, and asked me to cut myself off mid-sentence.
I don't believe this is how someone who dedicates 2-3 hours of their day should be treated.
Lastly, there were some technical questions on paper, and the strangest thing is that I was given the wrong set of questions. Such a waste of my time, and I will never apply here in the future.
Group even and odd elements from an array.
