Process

Phone Interview:

The recruiter called to schedule the time for the phone interview and discuss immigration status and other details. Nothing technical was discussed.

This was followed by two phone interviews with team members. These interviews were very technical and also included some brain teasers.

1:1 Interviews:

Total of 6 interviews:

  • 1 recruiter
  • 4 team members
  • 1 manager

This process lasted for almost a full day and was extremely technical. They will grill you on your resume, so don't even think about making things up. The longer the interviews, the harder they get, but this also increases your chances of getting in. The manager's interview was fairly straightforward, primarily to check if you would be a good fit.
