The interview process was very simple. Resume screening assessed how good you are, and the rest were basic algorithms. The interviewers were very good and very humble. There were many rounds on a single day, which was tiring.

Pros: The environment is good. You can learn a lot. Most of the people are nice. Some are very knowledgeable.
Cons: Management only promotes their buddies.
Most people's goal is to satisfy their bosses instead of offering better products and services.
There is much office politics.
